Jeff Stoll Public Health and Environment Consulting, LLC (JSPHEC) works to support organizations whose goal it is to protect and improve the health, safety and environments of their staff and the families and communities they serve. JSPHEC specializes in evaluating, establishing, or improving systems for monitoring health and safety in early childhood education programs and centers. They do this by using current automation technology to develop tracking systems that simplify compliance monitoring, inventory and equipment tracking, process auditing, and are tailored to the specific programmatic and budgetary needs of small and large organizations. They also provide education and training on current and emerging health, safety, and environmental issues.

Jeff Stoll Public Health and Environment Consulting, LLC began in November 2013. Founder and Owner Jeff Stoll has thirty plus years of experience in administration, management, planning, policy development, public and governmental relations and supervising and coaching professional staff. He has lead teams in developing goals, objectives and plans and managed resources to achieve them. He has experience in statewide and local system analysis and improvement as well as mobilizing communities to achieve positive outcomes. He has worked effectively with state and local policymakers and governance boards. He has skills and experience working with early childhood education programs in assessing their environmental health and safety systems including assessing for compliance with federal and state standards, improving efficiency in monitoring systems, streamlining checklists to balance focus on high-risk factors for disease and injury. He has experience in developing tracking systems for monitoring and implementing case management for Head Start programs. He has developed customized systems for the automation of case management, inventory and equipment control, and contract management. Advanced skills in data collection, analysis, and presentations to support clients in telling their stories through dynamic graphics and videos.
